Push Past The Doubters

Our world is full of people mostly your close friends and family that never want to see you prevail. You lived on the same street with them for so long, bad decisions, stagnant life that when you presented the opportunity that you needed better for yourself, YOU DESERVED IT, boy the ridicule you faced. I learned that your conviction and your convenience don’t live on the same block and as ‘Lisa Nichols’ says not even in your own zip code.  It takes those who can rise against “the norm”, “the doubters” “the haters” to become truly what you were meant to be.  See it’s easy to follow the same path day in and day out and never live up to your true potential. I truly believe that each one of us is here for a purpose and sadly most live their lives day to day in a miserable pattern of what they call LIFE.

When you get up and do things with your life it starts to show your doubters their own reality. Most people want the convenience of transformation without the inconvenience required to transform.  I learned this-this year that so many people I thought were my friends always put down the decisions that I engulfed to change in my life, “it was stupid”,”I could never make it work” and just as I discussed the fear the propelled me so did all the doubters.

Take a GOOD look at your life and the opportunities you want, better yet you need to GROW & PROSPER in your life in one way or another. STOP LISTENING TO ALL THOSE VOICES & LISTEN TO THAT ONE LITTLE VOICE INSIDE YOU.

Fear and Doubt will always keep you down, remember who you are and what you are HERE TO DO!

At 42 years old I'm finally learning the purpose of life. Life changed for me this year in ways I could never have imagined, at my darkest days God showed me the light and brought me back to life. Sometimes you must lose it all in order to start again and this time with meaning. Being greatful for the blessings you have and for the blessing you can bestow on others. Realizing what is truly important in life is the impact you bring on others. I had always wanted to use my personal training to give women back power, power that I felt the first time I fell after a bad break up. I used training to rebuild myself but as explained in My Story is was never a complete rebuild. This year being ripped to my core I was able to rebuild myself not in the physical sense this time but the mental, emotional and spiritual foundations. See being fit is about completion of mind, body & spirit. I want to be able to help women see their true potential in life and each other.
