Past, Present, Future

How many of you can say who you were this time last year you are NO MORE? Can you say this year your spirit, your TRUE BEING has come to life?

As you ring in the new year this evening and tomorrow starts your brand new YOU I want you to get ready to LIVE. Reflect on the lessons of your past year but remember they are your past, not the present you. SEE these lessons of your past in your present and use them as the eyes for your FUTURE. Jesus made it clear that-that is which you were saved from you will live no more, STOP REHEARSING IT! Jesus saved you! And as mentioned time and time again if you are hanging out with people that keep reminding you of your past, things you’ve done…..GET NEW FRIENDS!!!! You need people who are going to speak life into you and your future.

See this time we have here on earth is precious and it is short lived. What I mean by that is most people don’t figure out what the TRUE MEANING of life is right away……right? We have to endure pains, addictions, ridicule, illness’ which can go on for many years before we take the time to know what that meaning is. As Garth Brooke’s song ‘Pushing Up Dasiy’s’ reveals there’s 2 dates in time they will carve on your stone, day you were born and the day you die, but its the DASH in between that is your life. LIVE IT! I too dwell in my past that I was saved from which paralyzes me from living in the PRESENT moment and that’s not living. VOW WITH ME TODAY that as your celebrating the new year IN THAT MOMENT you will let go of 2017  your PAST... see the lessons learned….live in that PRESENT and each and every moment you stand in….and look forward to your FUTURE.

Happy New Year to you all and 2018 will be an amazing year not only for ME BUT FOR YOU AS WELL!

At 42 years old I'm finally learning the purpose of life. Life changed for me this year in ways I could never have imagined, at my darkest days God showed me the light and brought me back to life. Sometimes you must lose it all in order to start again and this time with meaning. Being greatful for the blessings you have and for the blessing you can bestow on others. Realizing what is truly important in life is the impact you bring on others. I had always wanted to use my personal training to give women back power, power that I felt the first time I fell after a bad break up. I used training to rebuild myself but as explained in My Story is was never a complete rebuild. This year being ripped to my core I was able to rebuild myself not in the physical sense this time but the mental, emotional and spiritual foundations. See being fit is about completion of mind, body & spirit. I want to be able to help women see their true potential in life and each other.
